1. Service Description
Planet B (“the Service”) is an online education platform operated by Rositsa Genovska / ExecIntuition.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service provides access to the Planet B course curriculum comprising video lessons, reflection journals, podcast episodes, the Planet B Community, and the Planet B Oracle AI advisor.
2. Pricing & Subscription
Access to Planet B is offered as an annual subscription at €399 per year, following a 14-day free trial period. Payment information is collected at the time of registration. If you do not cancel during the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged €399 for the first year.
3. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all course content, community features, and the Oracle AI advisor. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will activate automatically and your payment method will be charged.
4. Billing & Renewal
Your subscription is billed annually and renews automatically at the end of each billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a receipt via email for each payment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your access to course content, the community, and the Oracle AI advisor will be deactivated.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued after the 14-day free trial period has ended. During the trial, you may cancel at no cost. Once the trial ends and your payment method is charged, all payments are final and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, audio, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Rositsa Genovska / ExecIntuition.AI and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including journal entries and community posts. By posting content in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform.
9. AI Advisor Disclaimer
The Planet B Oracle is an AI-powered tool designed to support your learning journey. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. The Oracle’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be used as a thinking partner, not as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour towards other community members, or use the Service in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to its intended purpose.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
